Seasonal events: Christmas trees and decorations are provided in addition to festive hamper.
New Year: festive hamper to include bottle of champagne.
Prices shown are fully inclusive of heating, lighting, bed linen and towels. A one third deposit is payable when booking your holiday. If booking more than one week, the deposit due is one third of the total tariff. This is non returnable. You are requested to pay the balance four weeks before the start date of your holiday.

Payment may be made by cheque, or debit/credit card (excluding American Express and Diners cards).
Credit card payments are subject to a 2% surcharge.
There is no additional charge for debit card payments.

Your cottage will be available from 4 pm on your day of arrival. Please contact us if you plan to arrive after 7pm.
For the comfort of all our guests, you are requested not to smoke in any of the cottages.
