Seasonal events: Christmas and New Year - Christmas trees and decorations are provided. A festive hamper is included in the price of bookings of seven nights or longer.
Prices shown are fully inclusive of heating, lighting, bed linen and towels. A one third deposit is payable when booking your holiday. If booking more than one week, the deposit due is one third of the total tariff. This is non returnable. You are requested to pay the balance four weeks before the start date of your holiday.

Payment may be made by cheque, or debit/credit card (excluding American Express and Diners cards).
Credit card payments are subject to a 2% surcharge.
There is no additional charge for debit card payments.

Your cottage will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival. Earlier arrivals (from 2pm) may be considered at a cost of £20 per cottage. Please telephone or email for details.
Please contact us if you plan to arrive after 7pm.
For the comfort of all our guests, you are requested not to smoke in any of the cottages.

We will hold provisional bookings for 4 working days to allow you time to return your booking form and cheque for the deposit. Alternatively please make a card payment by telephone if you wish to secure your booking immediately.
