Our prices are inclusive of heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and baby equipment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT 

Dogs are accepted by arrangement only in Hazel Cottage from the beginning of September to the end of June. One small/medium dog over 12 months old will be considered, subject to acceptance of our terms and conditions. There is a charge of £4 per night. Please click here for details

Toddler beds can be provided for use in The Granary, Bryony and Hazel cottages. Only one extra bed can be provided per cottage and they are subject to availability (please check when booking). There is an additional charge of £25 per stay. NB the toddler bed must be booked if your party includes an additional child aged 2-5 years (excluding infants sleeping in cots) and all the other beds in the cottage are to be occupied

Seasonal events  Christmas and New Year - Christmas trees and decorations are provided. A festive hamper is included in the price of bookings of seven nights or longer

Paying for your holiday A deposit of one third of the total tariff is payable when booking your holiday. This is non returnable. You are requested to pay the balance four weeks before the start date of your holiday. If you are booking your holiday less than 4 weeks in advance of your stay, the full amount is payable at the time of booking

Arrival and Departure Your cottage will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival. Please let us know what time you plan to arrive after 4pm.

Your cottage must be vacated by 10am on your the day of your departure.

No Smoking For the comfort of all our guests, you are requested not to smoke in any of the cottages.
